Scientific Botanical Leasing develops state of the art medical marijuana genetic laboratories focused on high CBD strains, and cultivation, extraction, concentrates and infused product manufacturing facilities. The Company owns a 40,000 square foot industrial building that is fully permitted for medical marijuana cultivation and related product manufacturing. The Company has a state licensed medical marijuana dispensary under contract as its tenant. The Company is seeking funding to pay for capital improvements to the building to prepare it for lease to its tenant, to provide working capital (i.e. electric costs, supplements, and employees) for the dispensary tenant until it can sell its first harvest, and other uses as described herein. 75% of the capital raised from issuance of the Notes will be used toward capital improvements in facilities owned by the Company. Management has invested $1,250,000 in cash into the Company.
