My name is Levi. I am trying to start up a General Contracting firm. I am in Phoenix, Az. I have the resourses to start in Phoenix and also in Michigan. In michigan everytime I bid as a Prime contractor I get a 10% preference on the bid i.e. My bid is 1,000,000 and my competitor is 910,000. I recieve the project because I am a disabled veteran. Also I am going through the process to get certified as a SDVOSB with the VA. As soon as I secure that I will have access to contracts that only disabled vets have access to. I am looking for a angel investor that can take a precentage in my business or other terms that ar suggested. I need the funds so I can get 3-4 essential employees (estimators,construction managers)
